Petra was born and raised in the Czech Republic but soon became known world 'round one she entered the modeling industry. Petra has graced the covers of many a magazine such as Sports Illustrated, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and Madame Figaro. Petra was severely injured in the December 2004 tsunami which killed tens of thousands of people in the coastal regions of Asia and Africa.
